Standard & Poor’s Announces Review Of S&P/TSX Preferred Share Index
Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes as a result of the semi-annual S&P/TSX Preferred Share Index Review. These changes will be effective at the open on Monday, July 21, 2008.

MGEX Announces Changes To The Settlement Process
MGEX (the Exchange) will change the official closing period for the Hard Red Spring Wheat (HRSW) futures contract and modify the settlement price process for futures contracts beginning Monday, July 14, 2008. The change to the settlement process comes following approval by the MGEX Board of Directors.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, July 11, 2008: The shares of Seabridge Gold Inc. SIFMA Calls SEC’s Proposed Market Data Order “Fatally Flawed”
The Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) filed a comment letter calling the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed order on market data fees “fatally flawed” and unveiled a related study to support that contention.
