July Rebalancing Of The S&P/HKEx GEM Index
Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P/HKEx GEM Index as part of the July quarterly rebalancing. The changes consist of company additions and removals, index shares updates and will become effective after the close of business Friday July 18, 2008.

Securities Regulators To Examine Industry Controls Against Manipulation Of Securities Prices Through Intentionally Spreading False Information - Prevention Effort Augments SEC's Ongoing Enforcement Investigations
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that the SEC and other securities regulators will immediately conduct examinations aimed at the prevention of the intentional spread of false information intended to manipulate securities prices. The examinations will be conducted by the SEC's Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and New York Stock Exchange Regulation, Inc.

NASDAQ Captures More Trading In NYSE-Listed Securities Than The New York Stock Exchange For The First Time
The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:NDAQ) today announced The NASDAQ Stock Market has captured for the first time a greater share of trading in NYSE-listed stocks than the New York Stock Exchange. On Friday, July 11, NASDAQ(r)'s matched share volume in NYSE-listed securities was 1.730 billion compared to the NYSE's 1.727 billion. NASDAQ's matched market share in NYSE-listed securities was 25.66%, compared with the NYSE's 25.61%.
