New Managing Director For MAS And Changes To The MAS Board Of Directors
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced today that Mr Ravi Menon will be appointed Managing Director with effect from 2 April 2011. He takes over from Mr Heng Swee Keat, who will retire from the Administrative Service on 2 April 2011.

USD Futures Inverse ETF To Be Listed On The Korea Exchange
KOSEF USD Futures Inverse ETF, which is designed in such a way that the net asset value moves inversely with the daily return of underlying asset, USD futures, will be listed on April 1st, 2011 on the Korea Exchange (KRX).

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:ALXN) will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (Nasdaq:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (Nasdaq:NDXE) and the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Tech Sector Index (Nasdaq:NDXX) prior to market open on Monday, April 4, 2011. Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. will replace Genzyme Corporation(Nasdaq:GENZ).

U.S. District Court Orders Texas Man Willie Lee Cloud, Jr. And His Company, C & R Financial, Inc., To Pay More Than $5.35 Million In Restitution And A Civil Monetary Penalty For Operating A Foreign Currency Ponzi Scheme - Cloud Pled Guilty To Texas Criminal Felony Charge And Faces Sentencing On April 20
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that a federal court entered a default judgment order requiring defendants Willie L. Cloud, Jr. and his company, C & R Financial, Inc., both of Houston, Texas, to pay restitution of $280,170.66 and a $5,070,000 million civil monetary penalty for operating an off-exchange foreign currency (forex) Ponzi scheme. The order stems from a CFTC complaint filed on March 4, 2010, that charged the defendants with violating the anti-fraud provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (see CFTC Press Release 5791-10).

Today NYSE Liffe, the Europe-based derivatives business of NYSE Euronext (NYX), launched options on the shares of Royal Ten Cate (ticker symbol: TCT) extending its highly successful range of equity options. The Royal Ten Cate options were introduced on the Amsterdam derivatives market of NYSE Liffe.
