The Stock Exchange Of Hong Kong December Market Statistics
The average daily turnover for the 21 trading days in December was HKD12,650 million, an increase of 16 per cent compared with the previous month. Total turnover value for the month was HKD265,648 million compared with HKD239,400 million in November.

Program Trading Averaged 19.1 Percent Of NYSE Volume During Jan. 3-7
The New York Stock Exchange yesterday released its weekly program-trading data submitted by its member firms. The report includes trading in all markets as reported to the NYSE for Jan. 3-7. The data indicated that during Jan. 3-7, program trading amounted to 19.1 percent of NYSE average daily volume of 1,068.7 million shares, or 204.2 million shares a day.

Nymex To List Electricity Contracts For Daytime Electronic Trading Beginning March 2

Eurex Orderbook Information Available Now Via Vendors

Amsterdam Exchanges Standardises Expiration Cycle For Share Options
A change is planned for the ASR Verzekeringsgroep, CSM, Hunter Douglas, IHC Caland, Internatio-Müller, Stork and Cap Gemini SA option classes, which are traded in the floor-broker specialist segment. As from Monday 7 February 2000, 6-month option series in the January, April, July and October cycle will be introduced in these option classes. This will standardise the expiration cycle for all share options traded on Amsterdam Exchanges' options market.
