Shanghai Stock Exchange Deploys Issuance, Listing Of Municipal Bonds
The State Council has recently approved the issuance of RMB200 billion bonds by local governments, and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) will serve as the issuance agent. Statement From The London Metal Exchange Annual General Meeting
All resolutions were passed at the annual general meeting of the London Metal Exchange today. These include a resolution to distribute profits as dividends to those shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 22 January 2009 (“A” shareholders), this resolution was passed with significantly less than 10% voting against the dividend. The dividend, of 39p per ordinary share, will be paid on 27th April 2009.

NASDAQ OMX Comments On Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner Testimony On Derivatives
The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.(Nasdaq:NDAQ) today commented on Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner's testimony before the House Financial Services Committee. HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Futures Contracts
