The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged two Florida-based corporations and their CEOs for orchestrating two separate pump-and-dump schemes in which they issued numerous misleading press releases hyping their operations or services while their respective CEOs repeatedly sold their stock for significant profits.

EPEX Spot Day Ahead Trading System (ETS) Successfully Launched In Germany, Austria And Switzerland
For the first time, Day Ahead auction for the German/Austrian and Swiss market area was carried out on the new EPEX Spot Trading System (ETS) on Tuesday 28th September. Thus, from now on, the auctions in all of EPEX Spot’s market areas (Germany/Austria, France, Switzerland) are operated on a unique trading system, ETS. Thai Bourse Creates Steel Sector Listing Under Industrials Group
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has created the Steel Sector under the Industrials Industry Group to reflect the importance of listed companies in the steel business and benefit research and investment decision-making. The SET will move 27 listed companies to this new Sector, starting on January 4, 2011.

Green Exchange And CME Set Date For Contract Migration To Green Exchange Designated Contract Market (DCM)
Green Exchange LLC (“GreenX”) today announced the date for the migration of the environmental suite of products currently listed and traded on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. (“NYMEX”) Designated Contract Market (DCM) to the GreenX DCM. The European and US environmental futures and options contracts will be transferred from NYMEX to the GreenX DCM for trade date January 24, 2011 granting oversight of and responsibility for the migrated contracts to the new Exchange.
