HKFE Announces Revised Margins For Ping An Insurance Futures
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Friday, 18 March 2011, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.

NASDAQ OMX Starts Trading In New ETFs From SEB
NASDAQ OMX (NASDAQ:NDAQ) today launched trading in a new series of ETFs (Exchange Traded Funds) from SEB. The ETF portfolio from SEB is named SpotR and today (March 16) three new ETFs were listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SpotR OMXS30, SpotR Bull OMXS30 and SpotR Bear OMXS30.

Eleven KRX Listed Companies Included To FTSE4Good Global Universe
According to FTSE, eleven KRX listed companies will be newly included to the FTSE4Good Global Universe after the index company performed annual review of its indices: Amorepacific Corp., Samsung Electro-Mechanics, KB Financial Group, Busan Bank, Dongbu Insurance, Daegu Bank, Halla Climate Control, Hyundai Hysco, Woongjin Coway, Daum Communications, and NHN.

CFTC Charges Alan James Watson, Michael S. Potts And Cash Flow Financial LLC With Defrauding Customers In $45 Million Commodity Pool Ponzi Scheme - Federal Court Freezes Defendants’ Assets And Prohibits Destruction Of Books And Records
The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced the filing of a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan charging defendants Alan James Watson and Cash Flow Financial LLC (CFF), both of Clinton Township, Mich., and Michael S. Potts of Mountville, Pa., with fraudulently soliciting and accepting at least $45 million from more than 600 individuals and entities to participate in a commodity pool to trade commodity futures contracts and securities. None of the defendants has ever been registered with the CFTC.
