Stephen Brodsky, CHX Holdings President and CHX CFO has notified the Boards of Directors that he will be leaving the firm to take a position with another company. Steve's last day of work will be Wednesday, July 9.
The exchange is fortunate to have depth in the financial services area and with Steve's departure, Bruce Mathias, Vice President/Controller has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and will report directly to CEO David Herron. Bruce has been with the CHX for eleven years, with over eight of those years as Controller, and has an in-depth knowledge of the company's financial operations.
