A corporate bond from Windreich AG from Wolfschlugen, Germany, will be listed in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment from 19 July. The bond has a total issue volume of EUR 50 million and a coupon of 6.5 percent. It matures on 1 March 2015.
"We are pleased that medium-sized companies can access the capital markets through the Bondm portal. This will provide Windreich AG with an additional source of finance for growth, along with other options," said Dr Walter Döring, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Windreich AG. "We very much welcome Windreich AG's decision to list their new issue in our Bondm segment. This gives Windreich the opportunity to make use of an alternative method of finance via the capital markets while at the same time being listed in a quality segment," said Sabine Traub, Head of Bond Trading at the Stuttgart Stock Exchange.
Mid-cap bonds listed in the Bondm trading segment are traded continuously during exchange trading hours from 9.00 to 18.00 hours. The order is always executed as fast as possible at the best possible market price available at the time of execution (Best Price Principle). An important principle of the Bondm segment is to provide investors with ample information about the company. In addition to the listing prospectus, the audited annual financial statements, the quarterly reports and the financial calendar, quasi ad hoc announcements are also published. Furthermore, investors are helped to estimate risk through the website where they can inspect the company's rating which is updated annually.
Forthcoming new issues are announced in the weekly Bonds Newsletter.
