KTG Agrar AG is issuing a corporate bond in Deutsche Börse’s Entry Standard. The bond can be subscribed from today with ISIN DE000A1H3VN9. The KTG Agrar AG bond has a volume of up to €50 million, runs until 5 June 2017 and has an interest rate of 7.125 percent. The nominal denomination is €1000.
Trading is planned to commence on 20 June 2011.

According to its own sources, KTG Agrar AG is among Europe’s leading producers of agricultural commodities, with more than 33,000 hectares of farmland. The core competency of the Hamburg-based company is organic and conventional cultivation of market products such as cereals, maize and rapeseed. Generating bioenergy forms a further cornerstone of the company.
The Entry Standard provides particularly SMEs with flexible and cost-effective access to the capital market, with equities and bonds brought together under one roof.
