UNIWHEELS Holding (Germany) GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm trading segment. Investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the bond issue of this automotive supplier from 4 April 2011. The bond issue of UNIWHEELS Holding (Germany) GmbH has a total volume of up to EUR 50 million, matures in 2016 and has a coupon of 7.5 percent. The bonds (ISIN DE000A1KQ367) are denominated in units of EUR 1,000. Private investors can purchase them directly through their house bank by placing a buy order with Boerse Stuttgart.
UNIWHEELS is the fifteenth company to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment. Subscriptions to the UNIWHEELS bond issue will be handled through the Bondm Subscription Box and accepted from 4 April until 15 April 2011, but the subscription period may end sooner if the bond issue is oversubscribed. At the end of the subscription period the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment and regular trading.
Since the launch of the Bondm segment in May 2010 Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of some EUR 1 billion to its Bondm segment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) "By the end of May, SMEs will have placed around ten new bond issues through Bondm since the beginning of this year," says Sabine Traub, Head of the Primary Market of EUWAX AG.
