CENTROSOLAR Group AG is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment. Investors will have the opportunity of subscribing to the bond issue of this exchange-listed solar power company from 2 February 2011. The bond issue has a total volume of up to EUR 50 million, matures in 2016 and has a coupon of 7 percent. CENTROSOLAR Group AG is the tenth company to be listed in the Bondm segment for small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs). The bonds are denominated in units of EUR 1,000. Private investors can purchase it directly through their house bank by placing a buy order with Boerse Stuttgart or acquire it from the issuer.
CENTROSOLAR is the second company to issue a bond in the Bondm trading segment in 2011. "At the beginning of the year we noticed heavy demand in the market for corporate bonds among private investors," says Sabine Traub, Head of EUWAX AG's primary market. Interest on the corporate side also remains strong and the economic recovery is fuelling the need for capital among many SMEs, reports Sabine Traub.
The subscription period for the bond issue from CENTROSOLAR Group AG runs from 2 February until 11 February 2011, but may end sooner if the bond is oversubscribed. At the end of the subscription period the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment and regular trading. Since the launch of the Bondm segment in May 2010 Boerse Stuttgart has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 850 million to its SME segment.
