Amex To Trade Options On Six Securities

The American Stock Exchange will launch trading in options on Thursday, November 16, 2000 on the following Nasdaq Stock Market listed stocks:
  • BreezeCom Ltd. (Option Symbol: UEV/ Stock Symbol: BRZE)
  • Delano Technology Corporation (Option Symbol :UDV/ Stock Symbol: DTEC)
  • Expedia, Inc. Class A (Option Symbol: UED/ Stock Symbol: EXPE)
  • H Power Corp. (Option Symbol: HQF/ Stock Symbol: HPOW)
  • Learning Tree International, Inc. (Option Symbol: UEU/ Stock Symbol: LTRE)
  • Sage, Inc. (Option Symbol: UEJ/ Stock Symbol: SAGI)
BreezeCom Ltd. options will open with strike prices of 17 ½ - 20 - 22 ½ and position limits of 22,500 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Knight Financial Products, LLC. BreezeCom Ltd. develops and manufactures wireless access products used by service providers and private enterprises.

Delano Technology Corporation options will open with strike prices of 10- 12 ½ - 15 and position limits of 22,500 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Highland Securities Co. Delano Technology Corporation provides communications software that enables companies to use e-mail and the Internet to automate business processes and to personalize and manage interactions.

Expedia, Inc. Class A options will open with strike prices of 12 ½ - 15- 17 ½ and position limits of 22,500 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. Expedia, Inc. provides branded online travel services for leisure and small business travelers.

H Power Corp. options will open with strike prices of 15 - 17 ½ - 20 and position limits of 60,000 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Cohen, Duffy & McGowan, LLC. H Power Corp., a fuel cell development company, sells proton-exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell systems.

Learning Tree International, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 45 - 50- 55 and position limits of 22,500 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Group One Trading. Learning Tree International, Inc. provides education and training for corporate information technology professionals.

Sage, Inc. options will open with strike prices of 15 - 17 ½ - 20 and position limits of 13,500 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle, with initial expirations in December, January, April and July. The specialist will be Susquehanna Investment Group. Sage, Inc. designs, develops, and markets display processors used in digital displays.
