SET Board Of Governors Approves The Commencement Of The Selection Process For The 14th President
The Board of Governors (BoG) of The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) at its meeting today (March 20, 2024) resolved to approve the commencement of the selection process for the SET’s 14th President to succeed the President Pakorn Peetathawatchai who will complete his tenure in the middle of September 2024. The applicant who passes the selection process and is appointed to be the new President will also serve as an ex-officio governor in the BoG.

Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission: Retail Trader Jailed For Securities Fraud Via Illegal Short Selling
