Autorité Des Marchés Financiers Publishes Its Report On Executive Compensation And Implementation Of The AFEP / MEDEF Recommendations
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has released its report on the compensation of executive directors of listed companies and implementation of the code of conduct published in October 2008 by the French Association of Listed Companies (AFEP) and the French Business Confederation (MEDEF). Prepared as part of the AMF's forthcoming annual report on corporate governance and internal control, the new report examines how listed companies have applied the AFEP/MEDEF recommendations.

U.S. Department of the Treasury Fact Sheet: Administration’s Regulatory Reform Agenda Moves Forward: Say-On-Pay
Today, as part of its push for comprehensive regulatory reform, Treasury delivered draft "say-on-pay" legislation to Congress that would require all publicly traded companies to give shareholders a non-binding vote on executive compensation packages. The NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc.
