Boerse Stuttgart Becomes A Full Member & Nominations To The FESE Board
On 1st December 2009 the General Assembly of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) unanimously approved the application of Boerse Stuttgart to become a Full Member. The Membership will commence as of 1st January 2010.

FINRA Expels Meeting Street Brokerage, Bars Broker, Sanctions Firm's Owner For Market Manipulation, Other Violations - All Three Schemed To Create Artificial Price And Trading Volume For Relay Capital Corporation
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced today that it has expelled Meeting Street Brokerage, LLC of Palm City, FL from the securities industry for market manipulation of Relay Capital Corporation stock — as well as for violations of Regulation T, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules, instant message retention requirements, registration requirements and net capital requirements.

International Securities Exchange Announces Enhancements To Its ISE FX Options® Product Suite - Options On The Brazilian Real And Single Penny Strikes To Roll Out In Early 2010
The International Securities Exchange (ISE) is pleased to announce it will introduce enhancements to its ISE FX Options product suite in early 2010. First, ISE will expand its product offering to include options on the Brazilian real (USDBRL). In addition, ISE plans to introduce "penny strikes" for each expiration month, creating a deep in the money call option for all currency pairs. UK’s Financial Services Authority Publishes Feedback Statement On Remuneration
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today published the summarised feedback it received on whether to extend its code on remuneration policies to other FSA-authorised firms. The FSA’s remuneration code comes into force for large banks, building societies and broker dealers on 1 January 2010. It will apply to any remuneration awards made by these firms for the 2009 performance year.

Euroclear Bank And Shanghai Clearing House Sign Co-Operation Agreement
