J.P. Morgan And NASDAQ OMX Announce New Clearing Options For Nordic Derivatives Markets
NASDAQ OMX and J.P. Morgan today announced that J.P. Morgan has become NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB's first non-Nordic custodian for the NASDAQ OMX Derivatives Markets. As custodian, J.P. Morgan will provide collateral management agency services for the cash and securities with which member firms collateralize their derivatives trades.

Tokyo Commodity Exchange To Launch A New Oil Market In October 2010
Tokyo Commodity Exchange, Inc. (“TOCOM”) today announced that the Exchange has decided at the Board of Directors meeting to launch a new Oil Market, to be called “Chukyo Oil Market”, on October 12, 2010 taking over the market currently operated by Central Japan Commodity Exchange (“C-COM”) in response to C-COM’s request.

NASDAQ Dubai Monthly Trading Report: May 2010 - NASDAQ Dubai’s Equities Traded Value Rises 65%
The value of equities traded on NASDAQ Dubai rose by 65% in the first five months of 2010 to 667 million dollars, from 404million dollars in the same period of 2009. Equities volumes fell by 7%, to 1.46 billion shares from 1.57 billion.

CFTC Issues An Exemption To Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Bhd Permitting U.S. Customers To Deal Directly With Malaysian Brokers
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) yesterday issued an order to Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Bhd (Bursa Malaysia) permitting designated Bursa Malaysia members to solicit and accept orders and customer funds directly from U.S. customers for trading on that exchange without having to register with the CFTC as futures commission merchants (FCM). This exemption follows similar exemptions granted to other foreign exchanges or foreign regulators pursuant to Regulation 30.10.
