UK Trading Volumes Rise On The Back Of Bid Talk - Customer Trading Increases By Almost 60%

CME Group Announces Launch Of E-micro Gold Contracts
CME Group, the world's leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced the launch of E-micro gold futures exclusively on CME Globex to begin trading on October 3 for trade date October 4. These contracts will be listed by and subject to the rules and regulations of COMEX.

Jakarta Futures Exchange Goes Live With Trading And Risk Management Platforms From Trayport® Exchange Systems And 3i Infotech
The Jakarta Futures Exchange today announced that it has gone live with its new integrated trading, surveillance and risk management system from Trayport® Exchange Systems and 3i Infotech. The Jakarta Futures Exchange has been live with Trayport’s GlobalVision Exchange Trading SystemSM since the start of August, but this has now been integrated with the AWACS specialist surveillance and risk management system from 3i Infotech.

Summary Of August 2010 Activities At TOCOM
Tokyo Commodity Exchange today announced that August 2010 trading volume averaged 82,414 contracts per day, down 15.4% from July 2010. Gold standard, which is the Exchange’s most traded commodity, decreased by 27.1% from the previous month to 32,460 contracts per day and gold mini decreased by 28.6% to 5,705 contracts per day.
