    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations wishes to announce the completion of the annual revision analysis and index adjustment for the consolidation of multiple class shares for the S&P/TSE and TSE Indices. These changes are effective after the close of business on Friday, March 16, 2001 and relate to the following:
